The Yarbo is undoubtedly the most unusual robotic lawn mower on the market. Designed for large estates and professional use, the garden robot not only mows lawns automatically, but also functions as a snow blower, leaf blower and transport aid.
Now, the manufacturer of the same name has further improved the Yarbo's core competency with the addition of the Lawn Mower Pro module, which is designed to make lawn care even better. At first glance, the new mowing module looks almost identical to the existing one. However, some differences can be seen on the underside and inside.
Instead of the usual two discs with five sharp razor blades each, the new Lawn Mower Pro module can also be fitted with two long mulching blades. This should allow the Yarbo to easily mow long, thick and wet grass, where robotic mowers usually struggle. In the Pro version, the mower is driven by two 300 W motors, which is twice as much power as the two 150 W motors in the classic lawn mower module. The cutting height can also be set one centimeter lower at 2 to 10 cm.
The new Lawnmower Pro module is currently available for pre-order and is expected to be available from the end of August. The manufacturer is currently offering a "Super Early Bird" package limited to 100 units with a discount of $700. This means that the Yarbo Lawnmower Pro costs $5,299 instead of $5,999. Bundles with additional accessories such as the recently presented trimmer for edgeless mowing are also available.
