New Govee Outdoor Ground Lights 2 released with upgrades
Govee has launched the Outdoor Ground Lights 2 worldwide. You can use the product to create multicolored lighting effects in your garden for a relaxing evening or a party mood. The string lights come in two variants: 15 RGBICW bulbs with a total cord length of 15 m (~50 ft) and 30 bulbs across a 30 m (~100 ft) string.
The Outdoor Ground Light 2 are customisable with 16 million colors, a color temperature range and numerous effects. Also available are 63 dynamic scene modes, or you can choose to sync the lighting effects to your music. Other features include adjustable brightness levels and timed lighting. Compared to the original model, the new version offers wider lighting halos over 30cm (~12 inches) thanks to the reflective design and longer 2.9 inch (~74 mm) spikes for a more secure fixture.
The smart lights are rated as IP67 dust and water-resistant, making them suitable for use at any time of year, and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity allow you to control them through the Govee Home App and Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands. Govee suggests that the product is easy to install, snapping the stakes beneath each bulb before pushing them into the earth. You can now buy the 15 m variant of the Govee Outdoor Ground Lights 2 for the discounted price of $79.99/€79.99/£79.99, with the RRP listed as $99.99/€99.99/£99.99. The longer 30 m version is currently only available in the US, where it currently costs $142.99 but has an RRP of $189.99.
