New Dreame A2 1200 robot lawn mower with LiDAR now available in Europe

The Dreame Robotic Lawn Mower A2 1200 is now available in Europe. This is a cheaper alternative to the original model, released in 2025, which was designed for larger spaces measuring up to 3,000 m² (~0.75 acres).
As its name suggests, the new Dreame A2 1200 is suited to lawns with an area of up to 1,200 m² (~0.3 acres). It shares many features with the original model. Like the standard A2, the A2 1200 uses Dreame's OmniSense 2.0 navigation system, combining a 3D LiDAR sensor with an 1080p HDR camera for a 360° view of your garden. As such, users are not required to lay a boundary wire or place RTK antennas around their garden.
The A2 1200 also offers the brand's EdgeMaster cutting system, with a sliding cutting head to keep the gap left at the edge of the lawn under 5 cm (~2.0 inches). This model can tackle slopes up to 50% (26.5°) and can generate around 55 dB noise. As usual, users can remotely manage the Dreame robot mower via the brand's app, where you can edit the map, adjust the cutting height and set up a mowing schedule.
You can now buy the Dreame Robotic Lawn Mower A2 1200 in EU countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany for €1,399 at Amazon. The original model launched with an RRP of €2,799 (curr. reduced from €2,499 to €1,969 at Amazon DE). It is also listed at some third-party retailers like A&C Systems in Belgium.
