Eufy launches motion detector with smart feature in new market

The eufy E20 Motion Sensor has been released in one European country. Launched in markets such as the US in 2025 (curr. $34.99 at Amazon), this gadget from the Anker sub-brand is designed to be used as a trigger for other smart home devices.
The E20 Motion Sensor can be used indoors or outdoors with a 90° field of view. When installed at a height of between 1.8 and 2.3 m (6.0 and 7.5 ft), it can detect motion up to 8 m (26 ft) away. According to the company, it can accurately identify animals weighing up to 36 kg (~80 lbs), to reduce the number of false detections. It is worth noting that this product requires a eufy HomeBase, with compatible models like the HomeBase Mini and the HomeBase 3. This allows you to remotely manage the device via the brand’s app, through which you can also get motion detection notifications.
Eufy’s E20 Motion Sensor has an up to 200 m (~656 ft) connection range outdoors, for more flexible placement options. Anker suggests that it is relatively easy to install, either on a wall or in a corner. Plus, it is a battery-powered (CR123A, 1,400 mAh) device, with an estimated battery life of five years.
You can now buy the eufy E20 Motion Sensor in countries like Germany at Amazon for €39.99. It is unclear when this smart home product will roll out more widely across Europe.
