Anker launches new eufy PoE NVR Security System accessory

Anker has released a new accessory for the NVR Security System S4 Max: the eufy Wi-Fi Module. The security system launched in 2025, with features like automatic threat detection and object tracking.
The new eufy Wi-Fi Module can be used to connect compatible battery-powered cameras and sensors to the brand’s network video recorder (NVR) over Wi-Fi. It supports dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi, and the accessory plugs into the Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) NVR via USB-C. As standard, the existing system supports up to 8 cameras. When expanded, it can be connected to 16 security cameras and 32 sensors simultaneously, for broad coverage of your home or business. It is worth noting that it can only support 16 Wi-Fi security cameras when no PoE cameras are connected.
Eufy’s Wi-Fi Module can be sat on a desktop or mounted on a wall. The accessory from the Anker sub-brand is also referred to as the eufy WLAN Module, and has model number T8709. It has a metallic dark gray finish, and it appears to measure 3.18 x 1.73 x 5.53 inches (~80.8 x 43.9 x 140.5 mm).
You can now buy the eufy Wi-Fi Module for eufy NVR PoE System at Amazon in the US for $49.99. It is also available at Amazon in European countries like Germany, where it retails for €69.00. Plus, in Australia, it can be purchased at the eufy online store for A$129.95.
