Anker launches new smart smoke alarm in more countries

The Anker eufy Smoke Alarm E10 is now available in the EU. This smart home safety device was released in the US in late 2025. Powered by photoelectric detection technology, it is said to deliver “accurate fire alerts” with a reduced number of false alarms from things like cooking smoke.
In the US, Eufy’s E10 is marketed as compliant with the 10th edition of the UL 217 standard for smoke alarms. Features include a manual test button, making it easy to check that the device is working, and a tap to mute function to stop the alarm when there is no emergency. The alarm can generate up to 85 dB noise within a 3 m (~10 ft) range.
The Smoke Alarm E10 is a battery-powered device, with a CR123A battery expected to last up to five years before it needs replacing. It measures just 70 mm (~2.75 inches) in diameter, which the company suggests is around 67% smaller than standard models. It is worth noting that this product requires a HomeBase hub to operate; compatible models include the HomeBase Mini, the HomeBase 3 and the HomeBase Pro. This allows users to remotely manage the device via the brand’s app, through which you can also get push notifications when the alarm is triggered.
Like the recently released eufy Glass Break Sensor E10 and Motion Sensor E20, the Smoke Alarm E10 supports a connection range of up to 200 m (~656 ft) from the HomeBase. At Amazon in countries like the Netherlands and Germany, the eufy Smoke Alarm E10 is currently available for €79.99. Whether or when the device will be released more widely across Europe has yet to be confirmed.
