Motorola officially launches tablet with 13-inch 144Hz display and Snapdragon 8-series chipset

The Moto Pad 70 Pro was previously teased for the Indian market. Now, the full specifications and starting price of the tablet have been revealed.

The Moto Pad 70 Pro comes with a metal build and IP52-rated dust and water resistance. It measures 6.20 mm thick and weighs around 598 grams. The tablet features a 13-inch LTPS IPS panel with a resolution of 3,504 x 2,190 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The display offers 600 nits of typical brightness and 800 nits of peak brightness.
The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, a Qualcomm chipset based on a 4nm process node. The company claims that the Pad 70 Pro scores 2.5 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark. The device comes in 128GB UFS 3.1 and 256GB UFS 4.0 internal storage options. Notably, it supports storage expansion of up to 2TB via a microSD card.
The Pad 70 Pro has a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash and an 8MP front camera. The tablet features a 10,200mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
It also has a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos and comes with a Moto Pen Pro stylus bundled in the box. In terms of connectivity, the tablet supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. It runs Android 16, with the company promising two major OS updates and security updates until 2030.

The Moto Pad 70 Pro comes in a Pantone Titan finish. The company revealed a starting price of INR 32,999, which roughly translates to $349. The tablet will go on sale starting July 4.
