Innocn 44C1G is a new ~44-inch, WFHD, 120Hz ultrawide monitor with HDR 400 and AMD FreeSync Premium

Innocn is a company increasingly well-known for offering monitors with in-demand specs with often compelling prices if less than memorable product names, and the 44C1G seems poised to become the latest example of these.

This new "Super Ultrawide" prospect is touted as an alternative to more typically widespread 34-inch alternatives with 29% more "viewable area". This extra real estate does come with the potential compromise of a WFHD, (3840 x 1080, or "double FHD", as Innocn puts it) resolution, stretched across a markedly long IPS panel with "premium" ADS technology.

On the other hand, Innocn has presented it as covering 96% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, as well as HDR 400 and TÜV Rheinland low-blue-light certifications. The OEM also asserts that each 44C1G unit is color-calibrated for a ΔE of less than 2 out of the box.

Accordingly, Innocn pitches its new monitor at editors and professionals as much as it does gamers, strongly hinting that all of the above can be done in split-screen thanks to its 32:9 aspect-ratio, of course. These uses may also benefit from an height/tilt/pivot-adjustable stand, HDMI (2.0) and USB type-C support.
