Graveyard Keeper 2 arrives on all platforms

Publisher tinyBuild and developer Lazy Bear Games have launched Graveyard Keeper 2 today. The dark medieval management sim sequel is available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Rebuilding the town and automating the undead workforce

Players step into the role of the Grand Inquisitor, tasked with restoring a town ravaged by a zombie apocalypse and defending it from further attacks. The sequel builds on the original's cemetery management loop with deeper zombie-based automation: players harvest flora, fauna, and human remains, including hearts, bones, and skin, to build machinery, automate production chains, and turn town reconstruction into profit.

Combat and zombie army additions

Beyond graveyard upkeep and economic expansion, Graveyard Keeper 2 adds a full combat layer. Players can build towers and fortifications, craft armor and weapons, and train undead troops before leading them into battle against invading forces. Fights play out across the town's districts, with players capturing and holding control points to push back waves of enemies and unlock new areas.

The sequel is set several years after the original Graveyard Keeper, following a second version of the Keeper who was blamed for the zombie outbreak the first game's protagonist set in motion and who is freed from imprisonment to fix the disaster. Lazy Bear Games, an independent studio from Lithuania, is also known for Punch Club and Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story. tinyBuild, the game's publisher, previously released the Hello Neighbor series and the original Graveyard Keeper.

Pricing and pre-order bonuses

Graveyard Keeper 2 is priced at $24.99 across all platforms, with a 20 percent pre-order discount bringing it down to $19.99. Players who pre-ordered received an exclusive sauna building along with a platform-specific outfit color: light blue on Steam, green on Xbox, dark blue on PlayStation, and red on both Nintendo Switch consoles. A free demo also remains available across all platforms for players who want to try the game before buying.
