Govee releases new smart bulbs with up to 1,600 lumens brightness

The Govee Smart Bulb A21 is now available in North America and Europe. The US version of this product is known as the Govee E26 Smart Light Bulb 1600lm, while the EU version is referred to as the Govee Smart Bulb E27 A21 1600lm.
As suggested by the product name, these new Govee Smart Bulbs can deliver up to 1,600 lumens brightness. They are also said to have high color accuracy, with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of over 90, thanks in part to the brand’s LuminBlend+ technology. Users can choose from over 16 million colors, and the color temperature can be adjusted from a warm 1,000K to a cool 10,000K.
Govee’s Smart Bulbs can be remotely controlled via the Govee Home app; it is worth noting that version 1.00.24 is required to access all features. Through the app, users can control multiple lights simultaneously, and select from over 60 preset scene modes, including some which can sync to music. Alternatively, you could control the bulbs with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa, and support for the Matter protocol allows them to integrate with other smart home ecosystems.
In the US, the Govee E26 Smart Light Bulb 1600lm is sold in packs of two and packs of four, retailing for $49.99 and $89.99, respectively. It is worth noting that the 2-Pack is currently discounted to $39.99 at Amazon. At the brand’s official online store in the EU, customers can choose between a 1-Pack and 2-Pack, priced at €29.99 and €49.99, respectively.
