Fujitsu has announced that it has upgraded its Lifebook-series laptop and convertible tablet to 13th-gen Intel processors. The OEM also asserts that they are ideal for remote or hybrid work, especially with the option of a "palm vein sensor" as a biometric authentication feature. They are also equipped with 16:10 FHD displays that can be touch-responsive in either model.

Fujitsu has introduced the Lifebook U9313X and U94/A as its latest ultra-light and thin convertible and laptop respectively. They are 13- and 14-inch display devices respectively, with brightness levels of up to 400 cd/m² and touchscreen options even in the U94/A clamshell.

The non-360° device also comes with a choice of the Core i7-1370P, i7-1360P, i5-1350P or i5-1340P, whereas the U9313X supports either the Core i5-1335U, i5-1350P, or i7-1370P processor, with up to 32GB of RAM, up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSDs and up to 2 USB type-C ports with USB4. Fujitsu also asserts that their SKUs are focused on security and privacy for their owners.

They boast TPM 2.0 technology, fingerprint sensors, up-to-FHD IR webcams with privacy shutters and software facilities such as Fujitsu EraseDisk as well as a PalmSecure sensor as options. The U9313X and U94/A also support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2.

They may also be ordered with Windows 11 Pro out of the box - which may have Windows 10 Pro downgrade rights in some models. Pricing and availability for the Lifebook U9313X and U94/A will vary by region.
