CD Projekt has reported first-half 2026 revenue of PLN 435 million, roughly $116.4 million, up 23% year on year, with net profit up 37% to PLN 249 million and a net margin of 57%. The result beat analyst forecasts by around a quarter. Licensing brought in PLN 95 million across more than 100 partners, while development spending reached PLN 385 million in the same six months.

CD Projekt Red has recently published its earnings report for the first half of 2026, revealing significant year-over-year growth across key financial metrics. Between January and July, the company generated 435 million Polish złoty, or approximately $116.4 million, marking a 23 percent increase in revenue compared to the same period last year.

Net profit also saw a substantial rise, hitting 249 million Polish złoty, which translates to roughly $66.6 million. This represents a 37 percent jump over the previous year and brings the company's total net profitability to an impressive 57 percent. Studio management attributed these robust results to the continued strong sales performance of existing titles in The Witcher and Cyberpunk franchises.

Beyond direct game sales, CD Projekt Red is increasingly benefiting from strategic licensing agreements. The earnings report highlighted successful licensing partnerships that brought Cyberpunk 2077 crossovers into titles like Wuthering Waves and Apex Legends earlier this year. The company also noted the strong performance of the Cyberpunk trading card game during its Kickstarter funding campaign.

Financial analysts expect the studio's revenue streams to expand further as its release calendar fills up over the next few years. CD Projekt Red's upcoming slate includes a remastered version of The Witcher 3 arriving later this year, followed by a new expansion for the game titled Songs of the Past scheduled for 2027. These releases will bridge the gap until the highly anticipated launch of The Witcher 4, which is currently targeting a 2028 release window.
