CD Projekt RED may be working on a game inspired by The Witcher

While The Witcher 4 does not yet have a release date, CD Projekt RED already seems to have other projects in the works. And one of them could be set in the same universe as this franchise.

Thus, this studio is still working on this new game eagerly awaited by thousands of fans around the world. But that doesn’t stop him from looking forward, as evidenced by this job offer posted twelve days ago on GameJobs.co.

The latter concerns a lead writer, and the following can be read:

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting captivating narratives, compelling dialogues and innovative quests for a brand new adventure set in The Witcher universe. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on creative writing alongside team management and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing for games and a passion for leading teams to success.”

Therefore, if we look at the details, it is specified that this would be a new adventure set in the universe of The Witcher. And that's not surprising, because it's a vast world rich in stories that just need to be adapted. But it could also be the sequel to The Witcher 4, which would suggest that it could be released shortly after that game.

However, little information is available on this subject. But it seems that the franchise The Witcher has a promising future ahead of it, notably thanks to several projects potentially under development.
