Amazfit officially launches new Active 3 Premium running smartwatch

The Amazfit Active 3 Premium smartwatch has officially launched in Europe. Rumors about this wearable began in early February 2026, when it was spotted in the source code behind the Zepp app. It follows on from the Active 2 series smartwatches, which launched in early 2025.
Amazfit’s Active 3 Premium is a running smartwatch with a 1.32-inch AMOLED display protected by scratch resistant sapphire glass. The display has a 466 x 466 px resolution with up to 3,000 nits brightness. This is surrounded by a stainless steel frame, with four buttons, and it comes with a silicone strap. The watch measures 45 x 45 x 11 mm (~1.77 x 1.77 x 0.43 inches) and weighs 54.6 g (~1.93 oz) including the strap. According to Zepp Health, the 658 mAh battery should allow the watch to run for around 13 days with typical use.
Running features of the Amazfit Active 3 Premium include dedicated courses, and insights like running power, lactate threshold and ground contact time. There are workouts such as Aerobic Endurance Foundation and Fartlek runs, alongside typical options like Walking and Outdoor Cycling. Plus, it offers GPS navigation, with support for six satellite systems and 4GB of storage for maps or other downloads. Users can track health metrics like heart rate variability (HRV), VO2 Max, monitor their sleep quality and keep an eye on energy levels with BioCharge. Thanks to a built-in speaker and microphone, the watch can be used for Bluetooth calling. It also allows you to use the Zepp Flow voice assistant with functions including speech-to-text replies (Android only).
You can now buy the Amazfit Active 3 Premium smartwatch in markets worldwide. In European countries like the UK and Germany, it retails for £169.90/€169.90. Customers can choose between three colorways: Dark Blue, Black and Gold/White. Whether or when a standard version of the Amazfit Active 3 smartwatch could be released remains to be seen. It is expected to arrive in the US in the near future.
