Acer debuts Aspire G 3D 16: Glasses-free 3D gaming laptop with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and 128 GB RAM capable of running large AI models and OpenClaw

Acer has unveiled the Aspire G 3D 16 notebook at IFA 2026 in Berlin, offering gamers, 3D artists, architects, and video editors a glasses-free view of stereoscopic (3D) images and videos.

The Aspire G 3D 16 is powered by the 16C/32T AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 CPU coupled with up to 128 GB of LPDDR5x-8000 memory and up to 2 TB of M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. Its 3,840 x 2,400, 120 Hz IPS display, with 450 nits of brightness and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, is powered by the integrated AMD Radeon 8060S GPU.

The display switches to a resolution of 1,920 x 2,400 when displaying 3D images and videos from video games and other compatible applications with the help of the preinstalled SpatialLabs 3D Hub.

The Windows 11 Home laptop can also run large local AI models such as gpt-oss-120b from OpenAI and OpenClaw thanks to its high maximum RAM capacity and a processor that can deliver up to 126 TOPS of AI compute power (50 TOPS from just the NPU).

The Aspire G 3D 16 comes with a 5 MP IR eye-tracking webcam coupled with dual two-watt speakers. The laptop comes with two USB4 Type‑C, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type‑A, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type‑A, and one HDMI 2.1 port along with an SD‑4.0 card reader, an audio jack, and an RJ‑45 jack. It can connect wirelessly over Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connections.

A 99.9 Wh battery is fitted inside the 355 × 264.9 × 19.3 mm (14.0 x 10.4 x 0.76 in.) laptop, which weighs 1.8 kg (3.97 lbs.).

The price and release date of the Aspire G 3D 16 (AG3D16-81M) will be announced at a later date.
