One of the latest "17 Air" design tips suggests that the supposedly impending super-thin iPhone will come in a choice of 4 colors.
One of them is a greenish blue that might be intended as a reference to the Turquoise of the preceding 16 and 16 Plus.
That might not be entirely accurate, though, according to a new update. The typically knowledgeable Weibo account Fixed Focus Digital asserts that the new shade of blue will be much paler than it appears in its current render, as posted to X by @theapplehub - so pale that it might appear white in some lights, apparently.
It is now backed to be one of the lightest shades ever prepared by Apple for one of its devices, even lighter than the blue of the 15 series - not to mention its yellow option that could be most charitably said to represent the best hydration goals of its users.
It seems from the latest renders that Apple might persist with the same theme with a lighter version of the 17's alleged new Lavender color, accompanied by what might be a similar take on the Desert Titanium of the 16 Pro series.
The only reprieve from this new regime seems to come in the 17 Air's supposed 4th colorway, standing out as an apparent homage to the Space Black introduced with the M3 Macs.
