Xiaomi G30 Max cordless vacuum with smart dirt detection on the way

Xiaomi has listed the Vacuum Cleaner G30 Max on its global website, pointing to an upcoming rollout across several markets. This is a cordless vacuum described as offering “powerful suction” and smart cleaning technology.

According to the listing, the Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner G30 Max delivers up to 280AW, or 25,000 Pa, suction power. That makes it 51% more powerful than the older Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner G11 (curr. €264.49 at Amazon Marketplace DE). Users can choose from three modes, Eco, Auto and Turbo; in Auto mode, the suction power is intelligently adjusted based on the level of dirt detected by the vacuum cleaner. The dirt level is indicated with a colored line on the digital display, which also shows the battery level, and a white LED light makes it easier to spot debris on the floor.

Collected dust passes through a five-stage filter system, said to capture 99.98% of fine particles, with the air and dust separated using a 14-cone cyclone system. The vacuum comes with seven attachments, including the longer electric brush bar with an anti-tangle comb, a sofa brush and a pet brush. Plus, thanks to a 4,000 mAh battery, it is said to run for up to 90 minutes on a single charge in eco mode with the 2-in-1 crevice brush, or for 70 minutes with the electric brush bar.

It is unclear when the Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner G30 Max will be released, and how much it will cost. Users will also be able to purchase a replacement filter, with the product named the Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner G30 Max Filter Kit.
