Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) launches with discount
The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) has been launched in Europe. The scooter was first spotted on the brand’s global website in March, with European pricing leaking shortly afterwards.
The Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) has a more powerful motor than its predecessor, offering 1,000 W peak power. The top speed is still capped at 25 kph (~16 mph) to comply with local regulations, and you can choose between three modes. Another upgrade is the 468Wh battery, which provides a 5 km (~3 miles) longer range at 60 km (~37 miles). A display in the centre of the handlebars shows your currency speed and remaining battery. Other features include 10-inch wide tires, a carbon steel frame, automatic lights and indicators. Plus, the e-scooter can fold in half to make it easier to transport.
You can buy the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) in the UK for £449.99. In Germany, customers are offered the model at a discounted price of €499.99, a €50 saving on €549.99 RRP. Product listings have also appeared in France, Spain, and Sweden, although the e-scooter is not yet available in these countries, with the launch date remaining unclear. Also recently announced by the company was the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite (2nd Gen).
