Microsoft has just revealed the next batch of games heading to Xbox Game Pass, and two of the three upcoming additions are major AAA titles. The latest lineup includes Watch Dogs: Legion and EA Sports F1 24, both of which bring high production value and a varied gameplay experience. The third title, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, while not a AAA title, is a solid RPG experience that holds its own.
Watch Dogs: Legion arrives on February 25 and brings Ubisoft’s open-world hacking experience to Game Pass subscribers. The game is set in a near-future dystopian London. While the game introduced the unique "play as anyone" mechanic, its reception was somewhat mixed, with praise for its ambitious premise but criticism of shallow character depth and a repetitive mission structure.
On February 20, EA Sports F1 24 joins Game Pass. The game features realistic driving physics, enhanced career modes, and official F1 team lineups. It has a decent 72 Metascore on Metacritic, and over 9,000 "Mostly Positive" Steam reviews. Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers will get access to the game as part of the EA Play library.
Rounding out the list is Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader. This right here is a CRPG developed by Owlcat Games. Also coming to the Game Pass on February 20, this title has turn-based combat, rich lore, and deep role-playing elements. As the first CRPG set in the Warhammer 40K universe, Rogue Trader brings a story-driven experience to the table with meaningful choices and consequences.
