WiZ Outdoor LED Strip Matter compatible smart lights arrive in another country

The WiZ Outdoor LED Strip 5m is now available in Germany; the light is already on sale in the US and other European countries like Italy and Greece. The bendable smart home product is designed to light up your garden, driveway or porch.

The Outdoor LED Strip light delivers dimmable white and colored lighting with up to 630 lumens brightness. The light source is said to last for up to 15,000 hours, which WiZ estimates as a 15-year lifespan. Users can choose from a wide range of colors, white color temperatures or preset scenes like Party, Ocean and Forest. Plus, you can use a schedule to automate the lights based on your daily routine. There are remote controls via the WiZ app, the WiZmote or voice commands.

This smart light can be linked with other WiZ products, with the option to control all lights simultaneously. Plus, thanks to Matter compatibility, you can integrate the product with a wide range of smart home ecosystems. With a silicone-based casing, these outdoor lights are said to be UV resistant, waterproof and weatherproof. You can now buy the WiZ Outdoor LED Strip 5m in Germany for €159.99. The product retails for $139.99 in the US, where it is sold as 16.4ft long.
