CES 2022 | Victus by HP 15L aims to bring 12th gen Core i7 Alder Lake and Ryzen 7 5000G APU goodness to more gamers
Last year, HP introduced the Victus by HP laptop targeting mainstream gamers. Now, at CES 2022, Victus by HP is making its debut on the desktop as well with the Victus by HP 15L. HP said that the Victus by HP 15L desktop PC is designed to elevate the mainstream gaming experience with a focus on reliable gaming performance along with easy upgradeability and customization.
Powering the Victus by HP 15L desktop are a range of configuration options from both Intel and AMD. Buyers can choose between Intel 12th gen Alder Lake desktop processors up to the Core i7 and AMD Ryzen 7 5000G-series APUs. On the GPU side, options up to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT are available. The Victus by HP 15L can also be equipped with up to 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, up to a 1 TB PCIe Gen4 SSD, and up to a 2 TB HDD.
The case features the prominent Victus RGB "infinity mirror" logo on the front, which can be customized via HP's Omen Gaming Hub. The Omen Gaming Hub also allows for additional system performance tuning and personalization and keeps you updated on all system vitals. HP said that the case is designed with sustainability in mind and uses post-consumer recycled plastic in the bezel and water-based paint.
The Victus by HP 15L gaming desktop PC will be available from February via hp.com and other retailers in white and black case options. Pricing information will be announced closer to availability.
