The story of GTA 6 could begin with a catastrophe

While its official release date is scheduled for May 26, 2026, there are many rumors circulating about GTA 6. One of them suggests that the game will begin with a scene of chaos.

Therefore, based on these previous titles, which are full of twists and turns, Reddit user Comprehensive_Cap611 believes that GTA 6 could begin with a catastrophe. And according to him, it could be a major storm: 

"Basically every rockstar game opens with harsh weather to give a frantic setting to get you hooked before they send you out into the massive open world. Often, snow is used but in the case of Miami, a hurricane is much more likely. We also get a shot in trailer 2 of Jason fixing his house. I think this could follow a storm. The scene also seems to be an early scene in the game and could very much be our introduction to Brian as a character as he gets us to do some pretty menial tasks.”

Thus, it's possible that GTA 6 will start with a storm like a hurricane, which would explain why Jason is fixing his roof at the beginning of the second trailer. 

In addition, this user also believes that such a scenario would highlight the game's graphics, even though several missions could already be planned for this purpose. Not to mention that players will also discover the physics and beauty of this game by walking in various areas.
