Skyrim gets lightsabers: this Star Wars mod brings the Force to Tamriel

Since its release, a large community of modders has formed around The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, offering mods that significantly improve graphics and add new features. This is the case with this project, which brings Star Wars to this unique game.

It was on Reddit that a user named Thin-Coyote-551 showed this mod, adding the following: 

"The Sith have arrived in Skyrim. Found something called a holocron and now is learning the way of the Force. Just built this one’s first lightsaber and had to test it out. This one thanks the Trolls for volunteering as tribute, ahem research volunteers.”

Named Lightsabers (Magicka Sabers), it adds numerous elements from the Star Wars franchise. Thus, you can find several lightsabers that you can use during your battles.

Different colors are available, such as green, blue, red, purple, yellow, and white. And needless to say, this is reminiscent of some of the franchise's greatest heroes, such as Kylo Ren and Luke Skywalker. Finally, gestures and sounds similar to those in the movies are also present in this mod. 

However, some players wonder if adding other mods could be useful. It must be said that certain features that could make the game more violent are missing, such as dismemberment. And if that's what you're looking for, it seems possible to add the mod you want with this one, but you will need to save beforehand, as you may sometimes have to restart a game.
