The Samsung Galaxy S26 ($850 on Amazon) was previously only available with either 256 GB or 512 GB storage. Samsung has now started to deliver a new 128 GB base model, but this version is only available as an Enterprise Edition for corporate customers. The British retailer Bigfoot IT lists this 128 GB model for £659 ($869), while the Enterprise Edition with 256 GB costs £899 ($1,180).
This makes the new base model considerably cheaper, which should make the device an attractive option for companies with low storage requirements. The Enterprise Edition is not usually sold directly to consumers. Samsung Galaxy smartphones usually cost a little more in the Enterprise Edition, but Samsung also guarantees security patches for at least eight years, offers up to three years warranty on hardware and battery, and provides a free one-year subscription to the Samsung Knox Suite, which includes a range of advanced security features, with the purchase of a smartphone.
The hardware of the Enterprise Edition of the Samsung Galaxy S26 is identical to the consumer model, at least apart from the storage configuration. The Samsung Galaxy S26 is equipped with a Samsung Exynos 2600, a relatively compact 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a frame rate of 120 Hz and a peak HDR brightness of 2,600 nits, as well as a 4,300 mAh battery, which can be charged via USB-C with up to 25 watts or wirelessly with 15 watts. Samsung provides the 50 MP main camera with 1/1.56 inch sensor alongside a 12 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 10 MP f/2.4 telephoto camera.
