RedMagic confirms October release for its next flagship phone

Nubia's sub-brand, RedMagic, has gained a reputation for delivering some of the most powerful Android devices in recent years, with the company's gaming phones and tablets consistently topping benchmark charts. After releasing the RedMagic 11S Pro phones back in May, RedMagic is set to present a new flagship gaming phone shortly.
Taking to its official Weibo page today, RedMagic has confirmed its plans to launch the RedMagic 12 Pro+ next month:
"RedMagic's new e-sports flagship is born for true gamers. #RedMagic12Pro+# The light of e-sports, coming in October. Stay tuned!
RedMagic doesn't provide an exact date, and there's little to no information on when in October the gaming-focused phone could debut. Whenever the RedMagic 12 Pro+ does launch, however, it's expected to arrive with a handful of upgrades over its predecessor. For one, it'll be powered by Qualcomm's upcoming flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6.
The RedMagic 12 Pro+ is also expected to feature an improved full-screen display, with "ninth-gen" under-display camera technology. It's widely tipped to get a liquid cooling system like the RedMagic 11S Pro phones, along with cooling fans for a dual-cooling solution.
