Philips Hue has released its new Omniglow Strip Light in three lengths across Europe. This product first launched in the US in September 2025. It uses micro LED technology for smooth white and colored lighting effects, and it is said to deliver up to 4,500 lumens of brightness at 6,500 K.

The Philips Hue Omniglow Strip Light is now available in Europe. Unveiled at IFA 2025, this product was released earlier than expected in the US. Now, customers in various European countries can purchase the 3 m (10 ft), 5 m (16 ft) and 10 m (33 ft) versions of this smart lightstrip.

The shorter 3 m (10 ft) version of the Philips Hue Omniglow Strip Light is said to offer up to 2,700 lumens of brightness at 6,500K, while the longer 5 m (16 ft) and 10 m (33 ft) variants have a higher peak brightness level of 4,500 lumens. All three versions use CSP (chip-scale-package) technology with micro LEDs and a diffuser to make each individual light source undetectable for smoother lighting effects. The smart light is expected to last for around 25,000 hours, and the product is covered by a two year warranty.

The Omniglow Strip Light can be remotely controlled via the Philips Hue app, where users can choose from a wide range of white and colored lighting effects. It supports Bluetooth and Zigbee, and can be linked to a wide range of other smart home devices via the Hue Bridge or Hue Bridge Pro. The lightstrip has a white silicone backing, with the strip measuring 17 mm (~0.67 inches) wide and 8.7 mm (~0.34 inches) tall.

In countries like the Netherlands, France and Spain, you can now buy the Philips Hue Omniglow Strip Light 3 m (10 ft) for €139.99. The 5 m (16 ft) product costs €199.99, while the 10 m (32 ft) variant is priced at €349.99 in this market. In the UK, the 3 m (10 ft) version will retail for £119.99, though its release date here is unclear. As a reminder, you can already buy the 3m (10 ft) light strip at Amazon in the US for $139.99.
