The Oppo K12 series debuted with mid-range Snapdragon 7-series silicon and a robust build that also graces the OnePlus Nord CE4 (available now on Amazon.in) in early 2024 - however, its successor is now tipped to get much more premium at the end of the year.
It is projected to take the "8650" or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 up to rival the OnePlus Ace 5 and Realme GT Neo7 on the Chinese market, according to legendary leaker Digital Chat Station.
The resulting sub-flagship "war" for sales is backed to be even more compelling than that of their counterparts from the next tier up, the OnePlus 13 and Oppo Find X8 Ultra included. Furthermore, one of them is expected to outdo the others with its own custom version of the 8 Gen 3.
The "K13 Pro" might also benefit from a 6,500mAh battery and wired charging at least as fast as that of the higher-end Find X8 series. Then again, its OnePlus rival is the most certain of the 3 devices to become available globally (as the 13R) following its initial release to the Chinese market.
