Oppo has finally decided to get into the Turbo smartphone market in 2025, and is seemingly taking the suffix a little more literally than most as its handsets of the new name will be equipped with their own active fans.
The K13 Turbo and Turbo Pro have given the impression of incorporating their new hardware feature into OnePlus Nord-style camera humps. Despite that, they actually look more like the gaming editions of the Reno14 series in their inaugural overt design teasers.
Both smartphones have dual rear cameras (completed by smaller ancillary lenses off to one side), with a small black glass window linking the secondary shooter to the flash in the K13 Turbo Pro.
The Turbo variants have 3 color options apiece, 2 of which (purple and black) are common to the Turbo and its Pro sibling.
The third color is white for the former, while the latter gets a distinctive gray that looks like brushed metal, particularly on the device's flat rear panel (although it is more likely made of heavily treated glass as usual).
The K13 Turbo series' fan is also decorated with a thin LED ring across the board, which might be set to the Oppo green seen in its official new renders out of the box but might be tunable in everyday use.
That will presumably be confirmed or denied on the launch of the K13 Turbo series on July 21, 2025.
