OnePlus Pad 3: Snapdragon 8 Elite tablet gets an official global launch date
Update: OnePlus has now confirmed that it will be releasing the OnePlus Pad 3 across North America on June 5 as well.

OnePlus launched the OnePlus Pad 2 last year globally. The company has now confirmed its plans to release a direct successor to that tablet shortly, with a launch event scheduled for next month.
As shared on its official X page, OnePlus has confirmed that it will be launching the OnePlus Pad 3 globally on June 5. By global, we mean Europe here, as the launch announcement was shared on the OnePlus Europe page.
Seeing as no mentions of the OnePlus Pad 3 exist on the OnePlus US page, this particular launch is likely limited to the European market. It's currently unknown if the tablet will eventually be released in the US too.
The teaser confirms that the OnePlus Pad 3 will come equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite. While other details of the tablet remain unverified, the OnePlus Pad 3 likely shares most of its hardware with the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro which launched in China earlier this month. That device was, in turn, a close sibling to the Oppo Pad 4 Pro.
