OnePlus has now officially launched the OnePlus 15T in China. The compact flagship succeeds the OnePlus 13T as OnePlus's latest attempt at delivering a performance-focused, bang-for-buck model—although it does so while also carrying a heavier price tag than last year's phone.

After weeks of leaks and teasers, OnePlus has finally taken the wraps off its latest premium device. The OnePlus 15T slots in beneath the OnePlus 15 as the company's compact flagship phone for the year, and will rival devices like the Xiaomi 17 and Vivo X300.

The OnePlus 15T is a 6.32-inch device like the 13T before it, with the display in question being a 165 Hz OLED made by Tianma. Under the hood of the OnePlus 15T is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, like on the larger, more expensive OnePlus 15. The Qualcomm chipset is joined by up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra Pro memory, and 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage, along with the SUPERVOOC S power chip and G2 E-sports network chip.

Last year's OnePlus 13T received criticism for its unimpressive cameras, but OnePlus doesn't seem to have made any notable changes on this end. The main camera is yet again a 1/1.56-inch 50 MP sensor, and it's joined by a 1/2.76-inch sensor beneath the telephoto lens. The zoom lens is a 3.5x periscope one with OIS this time, though—an improvement on the 13T's 2x zoom apparatus. The selfie camera remains a 16 MP snapper, and there is, of course, no ultra-wide camera at all.

Other noteworthy specifications of the 15T include a 7,500 mAh battery, 100 W wired charging, 50 W wireless charging, and support for bypass charging. The phone weighs 194g, is 8.35mm thick, and is available in three colorways: Relaxing Matcha, Pure Cocoa, and Healing White Chocolate. It comes with an assortment of ingress protection ratings, going up to IP69K.

As has become the norm, the OnePlus 15T is priced higher than the 13T it succeeds. For some perspective, the new phone starts at CNY 4,299 ($625) when equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. A similarly equipped 13T cost CNY 3,339 ($485) at launch. MSRPs of other SKUs are listed below, although it must be noted that China's national subsidy shaves an extra CNY 500 (~$72) off each model's price tag.

  • 16/256 GB - CNY 4,599 ($670)
  • 12/512 GB - CNY 4,899 ($710)
  • 16/512 GB - CNY 5,199 ($755)
  • 16/1 TB - CNY 5,699 ($830)
