The tablet comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Note that it is a Wi-Fi-only tablet, lacking LTE connectivity. The only available color option is Storm Blue.

Highlights of the OnePlus Pad 3

The OnePlus Pad 3 features an aluminum body weighing 675 grams and is 6 mm thick. It sports a large 13.2-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2,400 x 3,392 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The display supports Dolby Vision and a peak brightness of 900 nits.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, a flagship octa-core chipset based on a 3nm process that launched in 2024. It has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. The tablet packs a 12,140mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. Notably, it has an 8-speaker setup and stylus support.
