Vivo X300 Ultra: Key upgrades officially revealed

The Vivo X300 Ultra is confirmed to launch on March 30 in China. The device will be positioned as the top-of-the-line offering in the Vivo X300 series. The company has now officially revealed several key upgrades for the X300 Ultra.
The X300 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It is a flagship Qualcomm chipset based on a 3nm process, powering phones like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the OnePlus 15 (curr. $799 on Amazon).
The X300 Ultra is also confirmed to feature a 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, up from 120Hz on the Vivo X200 Ultra. The exact battery capacity remains undisclosed, though Vivo confirmed 100W wired and 40W wireless charging support. The company confirmed it measures 8.19mm in thickness. Notably, the phone will also feature a new speaker system and an upgraded haptic engine. Notably, it will also feature a quad-microphone setup.
In terms of the camera, Vivo previously revealed that the X300 Ultra will sport a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide lens. Along with the X300 Ultra, the company will also launch the Vivo X300s and the Vivo Pad 6 Pro.
