OnePlus 13 charging and battery specs detailed in new leak

The OnePlus 13 (or "PJZ110") might become its OEM's first-ever Snapdragon 8 "Extreme" smartphone soon - now, it is also tipped to become the brand's inaugural "6,000mAh+100W+50W" device.

The first relatively colossal figure is based on new findings pointing to a new "2x2,920" battery for the 13, according to the prominent leaker Digital Chat Station. The leak is taken to indicate a typical capacity of no less than 5,840mAh: more than any other OnePlus flagship to date.

Accordingly, that could be rounded up to the new "6000mAh" term for marketing purposes. The second and third are thought to refer to the 13's maximum wireless and wired charging speeds.

Then again, OnePlus might have even bigger numbers to throw at its audience during its allegedly imminent major product event, however.

In fact, if consumers want even more battery life, OnePlus allegedly has something for that as well: the flagship-alternative Ace 5 series, which may be introduced at least in part alongside the 13 in China very soon.

However, while the 5 and 5 Pro might have even bigger capacities with the same fast SuperVOOC wired technology; however, wireless charging - touted to upgrade to MagSafe features to boot - is now said to remain exclusive to the top-end 13.
