Update | OPPO Find N2 Flip price in India is about to be revealed

Update: OPPO India has announced that the N2 Flip will launch on March 17, 2023 in India, as a clamshell smartphone with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. However, its price has been revealed in advance: INR 89,999 (~US$1,100) - same as the Galaxy Z Flip4 in the same country.

Then again, OPPO has indicated that there may be discounts of up to INR 5,000 (~US$121) on that price to celebrate its debut. It will be interesting to see if the Samsung flagship will still have an edge once its new rival is on the market.

Original Article: The Find N2 Flip is one of a very small number of foldable smartphones available in multiple markets, and is the only one with a horizontally-closing form-factor and the high-end MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor on top of that. Now, it is about to bring its virtually unique collection of specs to the Indian market.

OPPO's first-gen flagship will practically have the country to itself in terms of 2022 clamshells on its March 13, 2023 debut - were it not for the Galaxy Z Flip4, that is. Its presence will make the N2 Flip's latest price reveal all the more interesting, as it has been released to compete effectively with its Samsung rival in other markets. 

The Flip4, on the other hand, remains stubbornly in premium territory in India at the moment, now priced at INR 89,999 (~US$1,100) for an 8GB RAM/128GB internal storage base model. OPPO will probably release Indian units of the Find N2 Flip with similar specs, and in colors such as purple and black to boot.
