The Philips Hue Festavia Permanent Outdoor Lights have leaked again. This smart lighting product appeared for a short time on the brand’s website in August 2025, alongside other upcoming products like the Hue Bridge Pro and the Hue Festavia Globe String Lights.
Now, a video showing the Hue Festavia Permanent Outdoor Lights in detail has appeared on Amazon. As described in the previous leak, these smart lights are shown delivering white and colored lighting effects. Various levels of brightness are shown, as is a wide range of preset scenes linked to various holidays, available via the Philips Hue app.
In the video, someone is seen installing the Hue Festavia Permanent Outdoor Lights. These smart lights appear to come with mounting brackets, which must be fixed in place first, with the light string clipping into these. As Philips Hue is marketing these as weatherproof lights for year-round use, this solution should be more effective than adhesive.
Further details, including the length of the Philips Hue Festavia Permanent Outdoor Lights and the number of LEDs on the string, have yet to be confirmed. This smart lighting product is expected to launch at IFA 2025. While the pricing has yet to be revealed, they are likely to be in the same ballpark as the older Festavia String Lights, with 250 LEDs on a 65 ft cable selling for $241.99 at retailers like Amazon.
