Govee Smart Outdoor S14 Bulb String Lights 2 officially launch in the US

Govee has officially launched the Smart Outdoor S14 Bulb String Lights 2 in the US. This new model, which is said to be brighter than its predecessor, was released in Europe in June 2025.

Now, Govee is selling the Smart Outdoor S14 Bulb String Lights 2 at its online store, with prices starting from $79.99 for the 48 ft length. However, it is worth noting that these products have been available at Amazon for several weeks. Plus, the two longer lengths are currently discounted at this retailer; the 96 ft version is reduced to $79.99 (RRP $119.99), while the 144 ft variant is available for $126.99 (RRP $169.99).

The Govee Smart Outdoor S14 Bulb String Lights 2 are equipped with RGBW LEDs, 15 bulbs for the 48 ft string, 30 bulbs for the 96 ft string and 45 bulbs for the 144 ft string. Each light source is said to offer up to 65 lumens brightness, a 30% improvement over the 50 lumens output of the bulbs on the original model. Through the Govee Home app, users can access over 100 preset dynamic lighting scenes, some of which can sync to music. Plus, you can create your own effects manually or with an AI assistant.

Another control option is to use Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands, and support for Matter means they will integrate with most smart home ecosystems. These lights are expected to last for 25,000 hours, and will operate in temperatures between -20°C and 40°C (~-4°F and 104°F).
