New Govee Outdoor Classic Wall Light now CSA-certified

The Govee Outdoor Classic Wall Light has been listed in an online database. The seemingly upcoming smart lighting product is an officially Matter certified device, with a dedicated page recently appearing on the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) website.

Govee’s Outdoor Classic Wall Light is described by the company as “designed to be installed in outdoor porch”. The product is also referred to as H3700, an unbefore used model number. Plus, it is said to be in the same family as model H3751, the Govee Outdoor Wall Light Pro (curr. $199.99 at Amazon).

Like the older Outdoor Wall Light Pro, Govee’s new product is expected to offer a range of white and colored lighting effects. Users should be able to customize the lighting in the Govee Home app. The product page also confirms support for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, as well as Matter 1.5. Further details about this smart light, such as the peak brightness level and its shape, have yet to be revealed.

It is unclear when the Govee Outdoor Classic Wall Light will be officially unveiled by the company. Its release date and pricing also remain unknown for the time being.
