Govee’s brighter Outdoor Wall Light Pro launching soon

Govee is about to release the new Outdoor Wall Light Pro. The company announced this smart home product in January 2026, confirming some of its upgrades compared to the original Outdoor Wall Light (curr. $79.98 at Amazon).

For example, the Govee Outdoor Wall Light Pro is brighter than the standard model, offering up to 2,000 lumens brightness rather than 1,500 lumens brightness. This is achieved using 72 RGB LED beads, which can generate both white and colored lighting effects. Through the Govee Home app, users can choose from 16 million colors, white color temperatures between 1,000 and 10,000 K, and over 80 preset scenes. The app also allows you to set a timer or schedule for the smart light, and the light can be motion-triggered when paired with a compatible sensor.

Govee’s Outdoor Wall Light Pro also supports Matter, meaning it should integrate with a wide range of smart home ecosystems. The company suggests that the Pro model is easier to install thanks to a new mounting plate design. Plus, it has an IP67 weatherproof rating and an operating temperature range of -4 to 113°F (~-20 to 45°C), making it suitable for year-round use.

The Govee Outdoor Wall Light Pro will be released in the US on May 21st. At the brand’s online store, customers will be able to purchase a 2-Pack for $249.99, while a 2-Pack and Motion Sensor bundle will retail for $279.98. It is unclear when this model could be released in Europe.
