Anker has launched a pre-order campaign for the Nebula Mars 3, which it claims is the world’s first genuinely outdoor projector. The gadget has a built-in 185 Wh battery allowing up to five hours of playback time; the remaining battery is indicated on an LED screen. The light source delivers up to 1,000 ANSI lumens brightness with a 1080p native resolution and a maximum recommended image size of 200-in (~508 cm).
You can perfect the image projected from the Nebula Mars 3 with keystone correction, autofocus and screen fit tools. AI environment adaption automatically adjusts brightness to suit the conditions, and an AI image Adjust tool reduces noise and improves contrast. An integrated stand allows you to adjust the projection angle easily, and a built-in 40W sound system supports Dolby Audio. The Nebula projector runs on Android TV 11.0, allowing you to stream content from various apps. You can also wirelessly cast content via Chromecast and control the gadget with Google Assistant voice commands. Ports on the projector include USB-C, USB-A and HDMI, and the device is Wi-Fi compatible.
A lens cover brings protection against the elements, and a built-in handle makes the gadget easier to carry; the handle also features physical button controls. Other features which make the device suitable for outdoor use include IPX3 water resistance, drop resistance from a distance of 0.5 m (~1.6 ft) and dust resistance. You can now pre-order the Anker Nebula Mars 3 outdoor projector in the US with a US$1 deposit, allowing you to purchase the gadget for US$899.99 on July 10, saving US$200 on the US$1,099 retail price. In the UK, a £180 saving is offered, reducing the price from £1,099.99 to £919.99, and in Europe, you can get the device for €1,019.99, €200 off the €1,199.99 typical retail price.
