Motorola has announced that its latest foldable smartphone now has a AI voice assistant courtesy of Google. Gemini Live is rated to help its users with their tasks, plans and quests for information in the form of real-time conversations. It joins other features such as hands-free Spotify controls and navigation on the Razr 2024 series.

Motorola has now activated Gemini Live on its current foldable flagship smartphone. The feature is rated to act as a digital concierge of sorts that is constantly at the user's disposal, "whenever inspiration or curiosity strikes".

That includes the ability to discuss, develop and disseminate a user's interests in a 'naturally' conversational manner. Gemini Live is rated to adapt to the user's manner of speaking and to be flexible enough to adapt should they change their mind or hesitate about anything it is talking about, as Google has envisioned for multiple I/O events now.

Gemini Live is available on the latest Razr+ 2024, a device with an extra-large ~4-inch secondary display to use the feature on even when the device is closed. Then again, the smartphone has yet to see an upgrade to Android 15 at the time of writing.

The Razr+ 2024: currently on sale at no less than 50% off at the moment on Amazon.
