Mibro has unveiled the GS Pro 2 smartwatch at MWC 2025. This was one of three GS series wearables on show at the event, alongside the GS Explorer S and the GS Active 2. These new models join other devices like the GS Explorer smartwatch, which launched late last year.
The Mibro GS Pro 2 builds on the original GS Pro smartwatch, though it is unclear how different the new model will be. It is marketed as a GPS sports watch with dual frequency GNSS positioning and a triathlon mode. Other announced features include Bluetooth calling and 5 ATM water resistance. This model has a rotating crown alongside a ‘Sport’ button and will be available in two colorways: dark metallic gray casing with a black strap and silver casing with a beige strap.
It is likely that the GS Pro 2 will also have many of the features of its predecessor, like heart rate tracking, 105 sports modes, and altitude and barometer sensors. The original model has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with an always-on display mode and is said to run for up to 20 days with typical use.
Rumors suggest that the Mibro GS Pro 2 could retail for under $100; the original GS Pro is currently available for $89.00. For triathletes or other fitness enthusiasts, that would make it a cheaper alternative to the Garmin Forerunner 965 smartwatch (curr. $599.99 at Amazon), which has a 1.4-inch AMOLED display. However, the Mibro model is expected to have a far more basic feature set compared to the Garmin model, and it remains to be seen how the accurate the GS Pro 2's measurements will be.
