The Mibro Watch GS Explorer is a new rugged smartwatch with military-grade durability, 10ATM water resistance, 150+ sports modes, GPS with dual-frequency positioning, and up to 60 days of battery life in standby mode.

Mibro has launched the Watch GS Explorer, which combines a rugged design with a host of features. This smartwatch meets military-grade durability standards, having passed 15 military tests as per the MIL-STD-810H certification. It boasts a 10ATM water resistance rating, allowing it to endure depths of up to 100 meters, making it well-suited for activities such as diving, jet skiing, and snorkeling.

The GS Explorer features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 466×466 resolution and a peak brightness of 1500 nits. It supports 5 dual-frequency satellites for precise positioning and navigation, claiming to increase GPS accuracy by 20%. Users can also import GPX, KML, and TCX files for customized route planning.

Health features include a Circular Matrix Biological Detection System to boost heart rate and oxygen monitoring efficiency alongside data collection accuracy, even for darker skin tones. Additionally, the watch offers over 150 sports modes, stress monitoring, women’s health tracking, and more.

The GS Explorer includes a “Wrist Weather Station” feature, which provides detailed weather forecasts and warnings. Its battery life is pretty impressive on paper, with up to 20 days of use in daily mode, 10 days in performance mode, and 60 days in basic watch mode.

With a current starting price of $122 ($150 after the pre-purchase period), the Mibro watch is available in black and white variants as of now — with a green colored variant visible in some images on the product page. The GS Explorer seems to tick most boxes as a wearable for users who prefer both style and functionality without compromising on durability. In the past, the company has released the T1 smartwatch as well — you can check out our coverage of the same here.
