The Mibro GS Explorer S rugged smartwatch has been unveiled at MWC 2025. This is one of three new models in the GS range teased ahead of the event. It follows the earlier GS Explorer wearable, which launched last October as an alternative to the Garmin Fenix 8 and Amazfit T-Rex 3 watches.
Mibro’s new GS Explorer S seems to have a couple of changes compared to the original GS Explorer. The company has announced a new Bluetooth calling feature, and the watch appears to have a slightly different bezel design. Another change is that the new S version will be available with either a stainless steel or titanium casing; there are only stainless steel options, in three colors, for the older model.
However, the majority of the features revealed to date are shared with its predecessor. These include dual-frequency GNSS positioning, a free diving mode and a 10ATM waterproof rating. The original GS Explorer has an AMOLED display with 1,500 nits peak brightness and up to 20 days battery life with typical use. However, it is unclear whether this is matched on the GS Explorer S. The release date and pricing of the new Mibro GS Explorer S smartwatch also remain a mystery for the time being. As an indication, the older GS Explorer wearable is priced at $155.00/€139.99. The
