The Lenovo ThinkTab 11S has similar hardware to the globally available Lenovo Idea Tab, but differs in its camera setup
Lenovo's ThinkTab 11S is now available in China with an 11-inch 2.5K 90Hz LCD, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It also features 8MP and 13MP cameras, a 7,040mAh battery and ZUX OS based on Android 16.

Lenovo has released the ThinkTab 11S in China, adding a new 11-inch tablet to its lineup. The company recently launched the flagship Legion Y700 Infinite, while the ThinkTab 11S is a more affordable option.

The ThinkTab 11S features an 11-inch LCD with a 2,560 x 1,600-pixel resolution, 276 PPI and a 90Hz refresh rate. Lenovo rates the panel at up to 500 nits of brightness and also includes four speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

The tablet has a metal body measuring 0.28 inches (6.99 mm) thick and weighs approximately 17.1 oz (485 grams).

It uses MediaTek's Dimensity 6300 processor, along with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The storage can be expanded by up to 1 TB via the microSD card slot. The processor has two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2.4 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores reaching up to 2.0 GHz.

The chip is also used in Lenovo's globally available Idea Tab, while the newer Idea Tab Plus (available on Amazon) uses the Dimensity 6400. In our benchmarks, the Dimensity 6400 is about 7% faster than the Dimensity 6300 on average across the listed tests.

Battery capacity is 7,040mAh, and it supports PD 3.0 charging, with a 20W charger included in the box. Connectivity includes USB-C 2.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a POGO Pin connector for Lenovo's magnetic keyboard accessory.

For software, Lenovo ships the ThinkTab 11S with ZUX OS based on Android 16. It supports split-screen and floating-window modes, while Super Interconnection 2.0 allows the tablet to connect with compatible Lenovo PCs, smartphones and other tablets.

We have reviewed Lenovo's Idea Tab, which has almost the same hardware as the ThinkTab 11S, including the processor, RAM, and  storage. The main difference is the camera setup: the ThinkTab 11S has 8MP and 13MP front and rear cameras, respectively, compared with 5MP and 8MP on the Idea Tab.

The ThinkTab 11S is now on sale in China at a price of CNY 1,899 (about $282). Lenovo has yet to announce international availability and pricing for this model.
