Honor officially releases 5G tablet with 12.1-inch display

The Honor Pad 20 has gone on sale in Malaysia. Unlike the Pad 20 Pro Paperlike Edition, which is limited to Wi-Fi connectivity, the standard Pad 20 is also available in a 5G version.
The Honor Pad 20 features a 12.1-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 3,000 x 1,872 pixels. The display supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. For comparison, the Pad 20 Pro Paperlike Edition's display supports a 165Hz refresh rate.
The tablet features the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and a 10,100mAh battery. The camera configuration differs depending on the connectivity option. The Wi-Fi version has an 8MP rear camera, while the 5G version gets a 13MP rear camera. Both versions feature an 8MP front-facing camera.
The Pad 20 ships with MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. Other features include a six-speaker audio system, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. The Wi-Fi version measures 6.29mm thick and weighs roughly 525 grams. Meanwhile, the 5G version is slightly thicker at 6.39mm and weighs around 548 grams.
The Honor Pad 20 starts at RM1,999 (~$495) for the Wi-Fi version with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Meanwhile, the 5G version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs RM2,299 (~$569). The tablet comes with a complimentary Magic-Pencil 4s (USB-C) stylus and a Smart Bluetooth Keyboard.
