New OLED Lenovo Legion tablet hits over 160FPS in internal gaming test

Lenovo is about to release another Legion Y700 gaming tablet in China, with an "Infinite" suffix. The launch is around the corner, and it's set to be a compact competitor to the RedMagic Astra 2. So far, the company has revealed almost everything about the device, including the SoC that will power it.
Speaking of which, with a recent set of teasers, the company has revealed how well the OLED Legion gaming tablet handles games. As Lenovo claims, it can hold an average of 59.9FPS on an unnamed "popular 3D turn-based mobile game."
The company adds that the gaming tablet can run a "famous battle royale game" at an average of 164.8FPS, meaning that it will take full advantage of the device's 165Hz OLED display. While the company didn't reveal the name, the hints suggest that it's PUBG Mobile.
In addition to sharing these game benchmarks, Lenovo has officially revealed the accessories that will launch for the OLED Legion tablet. One of them is a detachable controller that can turn the pad into a gaming handheld (GameSir G8 Plus curr. $99.99 on Amazon). Another accessory that was revealed turns the device into a retro game station.
Then there's the CR7 Supreme Cooler Kit, which could make the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 inside offer more stable performance. All these accessories will launch alongside the gaming tablet, and for those who missed it, the Legion Y700 Infinite will be released in China on August 25, 2026, and the global debut is still unconfirmed.
