Lenovo has revealed the Xiaoxin 100P smart projector, which is now on sale in China. The home theatre model is described as having an ultra-short throw ratio, though this appears to be contradicted by the accompanying measurements. Plus, the projector can tilt and pan up to 360°.

The Lenovo Xiaoxin 100P smart projector has been launched in China. According to the listing, the model has been designed for use in a home theater. Lenovo highlights the projector's pan and tilt feature, allowing it to rotate 360° horizontally and 170° vertically to find the best position in your room.

The Xiaoxin 100P has a 1080p resolution, support for HDR10 and can throw images up to 120 inches (~305 cm) wide. While Lenovo describes the model as ultra short throw, it later states that it has a 1.0-1.24 throw ratio. The picture is perfected using autofocus and intelligent obstacle avoidance tools. An LED light source is said to deliver up to 570 CVIA lumens brightness, which is around 1,300 ANSI lumens. Plus, there is a pair of built-in 5W speakers and a microphone, allowing it to respond to voice commands.

The Lenovo projector has a basic range of ports, such as HDMI, USB, and an audio jack. Other features include 2+32GB memory, an integrated power supply and Wi-Fi 6 compatibility. You can now buy the Lenovo Xiaoxin 100P projector in China for 1,399 yuan (~$200). It is unclear whether or when the product could roll out to other markets like North America or Europe.
