Intriguing Samsung Galaxy Watch7 Ultra design shown off by new leak
An earlier leak effectively "confirmed" the existence of the Galaxy Watch7 Ultra, the first Samsung smartwatch in recent history to launch with the "Ultra" monicker. As far as its specs go, it was rumoured to use a 3 nm Exynos W1000 SoC like the rest of the Galaxy Watch SKUs. Now, renowned leaker OnLeaks has teamed up with Smartprix to give us out first look at the Galaxy Watch7 Ultra, and it is shaping up to be one of the most unique smartwatches launched this year.
For starters, it is shaped like a square-circle hybrid while retaining the circular bezel. This results in a slight size increase over its predecessor despite using the same 1.5-inch screen. Samsung has also added a third button to the Galaxy Watch7 Ultra, along with a bunch of new sensors, some of which could work in tandem with the Galaxy Ring.
Other Samsung Galaxy Watch7 Ultra features include better watch band integration and larger speaker grilles. It could very well be the square-shaped Galaxy Watch hinted at by a previous rumour. Either way, it should offer some cutting-edge features such as an AI-powered non-invasive blood sugar monitor, something that is yet to show up in competing offerings from Apple and others.
