IKEA confirms pricing of new Matter-compatible smart home products

The pricing of the upcoming Matter-compatible IKEA products has been revealed for another market. The company announced this range in July 2025, with further details revealed in early November 2025.
 

Now, Dutch blog Tweakers has revealed the price of many of the new IKEA smart home products in the EU market. The website states that this information was confirmed by an IKEA representative. The majority of these devices are set to be released in Europe on January 1st 2026, aside from the two smart plug-related products, which will launch at a later, unspecified date.
 

In January, IKEA will release a series of smart home sensors. The most expensive of these will be the Alpstuga Air quality sensor, expected to retail for €30. The Klippbok Water leakage sensor and Myggspray Motion sensor are said to cost €9 each, while the Myggbett Door/window sensor and the Timmerflotte Temperature and humidity sensor are priced at €8 and €10, respectively.
 

IKEA is also releasing a series of Kajplats smart bulbs. The range starts from €5 for the E27 white spectrum (470 lumens) globe bulb, and goes up to €13 for the Kajplats E27 color+white spectrum (1055 lumens) globe bulb. There are also GU10 spotlight bulbs and E14 bulbs, as well as a range of starter kits. Two new IKEA Bilresa remote controls, one with a dual button and another with a scroll wheel, are on the way. The Bilresa Remote control with dual button will be priced at €9 in this market; the pricing for the scroll wheel version has not been confirmed. Finally, the IKEA Grillplats Smart plug will cost €9, and a kit with a remote control will retail for €13.
