The Huawei Watch 4 Pro Space Exploration Edition smartwatch has leaked in China. A report by IT Home suggests that the new model is on the way, with the website sharing several images relating to the wearable.
The Watch 4 Pro Space Exploration Edition has a dark gray case and matching metal bracelet, with red accents around the bezel. The front casing and strap for the Space Exploration Edition of the Huawei Watch 4 Pro will probably be made of aerospace grade titanium, just like the standard version. Other than the different appearance, it is expected that the special edition watch will be identical to the standard edition, featuring a 1.5-in LTPO AMOLED display protected by sapphire glass. Features of the original smartwatch include an eSIM for phone calls, support for free diving at depths up to 30 m (~100 ft) and a health overview tool combining heart rate, SpO2and respiratory data. The device can run for up to 4.5 days with typical use or 21 days in Ultra-long Battery Life mode.
It is unclear when the Huawei Watch 4 Pro Space Exploration Edition smartwatch will launch in China and at what price. For context, the Huawei Watch 4 Pro with titanium strap currently retails for €549.99 in the EU. Whether the limited edition wearable will also launch in other countries remains to be seen.
